actually, this song is not that bad! it's actually good in my opinion, I love the music and the lyrics are great and well-said, because I can relate to the song somehow! the vocals may not be great, but just enjoy the music! I remembered that I first heard this song some years ago at MTV, it even charted but not that high enough.. I liked it immediately, even up to now I still listen to this one, since most of the songs nowadays are bad, but not all of course! I think old songs are better! ;)
