This is right around the first time I saw them when I was a kid. They were opening for Samhain. One of the best shows I ever saw. I was instantly a Dag Nasty fan.

Thank you so much for posting this:-). Man, I was 16 when Can I Say came out, so this Dischord-era means the most to me. All my cronies and me bought ANYTHING that Dischord was putting out and it was all stellar, to say the least. If anybody that's reading this please pick up the book 'Dance Of Days', it defines what DC harDCore was all about.

thanks for posting this amazing song. i picked up Can I Say a few years ago. I must admit I didn't like it too much at first, but it certainly grew on me. The musicianship is incredible. Now i can listen to the entire album all the way through.
