What is interesting, it sounds very similar to our old Serbian folk songs. The way of singing is strikingly similar. It was a surprise to me because I always thought that was a Turkish influence, because we were under Turks for 500 years, but somehow, Armenian songs sound more similar to Serbian than Turkish.
