Out of all the worships I've listened to, this is by far my favorite. I told my mom that if I were to choose one, already written, song of praise I would sing to God personally, face to face, this would be it. It really sums up much of what my heart is thankful for in recognition of God and all His vast wonders and love. "You found me in my weakness and healed the wounds of my heart ache." Brings me to tears every time.
