Yes Bloomsburg is a "good" town. The place that you live in reflects upon you anyway. You see a town as you see and know the better people in it. I actually live on the skirts of Bloomsburg but always ready to go in town and visit. People treat you as you treat tham and that goes for the town you live in as well -- as you see it is how you live in it.
