@GingerBronze OMG, I so agree with you!! I am Puertorican-Amer. but as you know, we also have african ancestry and I also see the same thing going on in our community with the skin bleaching creams, the relaxers, weaves, etc. Even more disturbing is the trend for women of color to get rhinoplasty to "thin out" wide noses. I wish more women of color would drop the weaves and go natural. We are buying into this Eurocentric standard of beauty that dictates what is beautiful and what is not!!

@cjs33139: YOU'RE RIGHT, BUT Since way Back in the day and before, ...black women have been Naturally Light as well as dark skin. Come in many shades. As of 2011 more and more women have Gone Natural. Check out Youtube Videos of the Natural Community.

Go ahead Natalie fro and all. She is working that outfit and that song. This Will Be is a classic that she will be singing forever. It makes you get out of your feet no matter what. Her son must be so rich off of the royalties from this song, since his father who wrote the song died. This song is in TV commercials, movies, etc. Thanks for the post.
