Sorry to dissapoint you, but i actualy used a full fisheye lens, not a doorview or anything, but if i were you get a door view and just tape it to your camera or something (then zoom in so you dont get any vig)

it has nasty vig (black corners)

when you zoom through its not even wide

and 3rd people who want to make this, dont even, its not wide and you could just buy a opteka or kenko

it is an opteka lens dumb ass i just hade a hold for it to fit on a digital camera instead of my old broken mini dv

well i guess so, but i dont know where to start (that was an actual fisheye lens, an opteka one) all i done was fit it to my normal digital camera instead of my mini DV camera (whitch is broke)

hey that awesome, i have a little dv cam, i want to make a lens, but they'v all turned out shitty. or crappy quality..see i dnt have a proper fisheye lens..any ideas?..

cos i skate and its easy to "chop" the head of someone off without a fisheye lens...

well you could try using a door view on it, or you could use sony vegas 8 and edit it in (on my faviroutes theres a video showing you how to do it)

yeh thanks for that, i got sony vegas 8, and i can apply a fisheye effect..tho.. u cant make something appear..that wasnt already in the video.

as a fisheye makes the camera see and record more.. as with the effect, it only add an effect..not more image..so to say

well i used my old fisheye lens (its was a real fisheye lens) an opteka 43x and used the inside of the toilet role (you know the cardboard part once you used up all the toilet paper) and it just slotted in taped it sliced parts at the botton so would bend out so i could tape it to the actual camera ill show you how i made it in a vid sometime when i can be arsed lol. Anyway thanks for comenting =)
