Does anyone know why my Empire Total War demo doesn't work? My specs are much higher than the recommended specs. The main menu is just fine, it's just when I go to a battle of any kind everything messes up. I can see the HUD or whatever but the actually battle is just a blob of stretched points (like in fallout when a deathclaw is bugged out but on a MUCH larger scale.) on people and stuff, i can bearly see the grass and I can't see my units at all. I also had this problem with the Shogun 2 demo
mpc i have a nvidia GeForce 8600 i know its not much but if i upgrade my driver would i be able to at least play the game on medium quality because whenever I try medium i get loads of lag so i can only run it on low
one of my clan friends had lagg with his geforce 8800 GT, he fixed it by upgrading his graphiccard driver, maybe you should do the same. But I think the Geforce 9500 is like the Geforce 8400 or 8600. That means its Mid good for games so I dont know if that can do much else, but try upgrading your driver

The British won the Battle of Brandywine. And this is just a game where you can play as any country against any other country. This is just one of the Historical Battles put into the game....
well, not sure what an assso is but u go and kick it, in the mean time we will make an invasion force that might be smaller but is far superior, and u may argue u have nuclear weapons, but what person would actually use them again, to kill innocent civilian life, i highly doubt it would be used by western powers.
And their farmers got disciplined. The funny thing is, these Yanks say all shit about the Brits when most of them come from Britain. Hell, if it wasn't for Britain there wouldn't be a United States.

You could try to upgrade it, just got to nvidia and download the latest one.
My brother has the GF M8600 GS and he plays with with both low/mid settings and Ultra on unit size.
After installing the new patch, try to change the settings to find the best performance for your pc.
