The BSOD was caused by not configuring the software correctly and rebooting the OS while both scanners were still working in the background.
Never reboot a machine while active viruses are present.
If you would have gone into General> Security> Advanced and checked Process Protection, the virus wouldn't have killed the antivirus program nor the OS.
We will just have to wait until the top 3 Comparative Company's post their professional results.
Both products are good but it seems like norton 2010 has AMAZING sonar were the sonar setting on high or normal if they were on normal then put on high and it dose even better then on normal. You should test mbam pro version vs norton 2010 i want to see how the new mbam 1.45 is with the pro version i have it but i want to see if the detection on pro version got better. Thanks for the reviews!
