The OFFICIAL roadkill/splatter medal, the one they are using for the version of Halo 3 that was released in september 2007 is a stick figure being broken in half in front of a gold octagon.

The roadkill/splatter medal in Halo 2 is the new wheelman medal (The wheel in front of the golden star)

This IS the wheelman medal, but in that occasion, that would have been impossible. ITS An OBVIOUS SPLATTER, otherwise, they wouldn't have gotten a medal at all.

Well, its actually the splatter medal that they use in Halo 2, but as I said before, This is a beta build. A simple test that came out 4 months before the actual product to see how it would handle under the stress of hundreds of thousands of people. At the risk of ridicule, I don't think Crackdown was that good of a game, The bata was the only thing that made it worth buying.

Long story short: They probably came out with the beta before they considered driving assists (The Wheel-man Medal).

Umm...a more calm explanation:

Splatter is an octagon er something with a stick figure being ripped in half.

Wheel-man is a wheel in the middle of a star. Look closely, it seriously is wheelman.

Although, wheelman can only been obtained if a passenger in your vehical gets a kill. Considering this: this is also a new medal to the Halo franchise, and that WAS the BETA, a version of the game that is still in development.

So simply: it probably meant splatter since he clearly crushed the guy.

It is from saved game film option in Halo 3. In the beta, you could re-watch any game you just played, and save it for later. So I saved that game, and hooked it up to my PC and captured it.

yeah i forgot the beta had a theatr type thing in it, i never used, i didnt do anythng amazing in the beta, except somehow getting the bomb in assault stuck in the passenger seat of a warthog and since noone was near me i use that to drive myself to the base, but i got blown up on the way and you couldnt see the bomb in the film anyway...

It blew up me and the warthog,as the worthog flew through the air it flattened him.
