@SpongeSebastian Neither the video, nor the Equestria Daily link (which wasn't posted by anyone from Hasbro) are enough proof for me. I'd like to see an official statement from Hasbro themselves saying that they are responsible for the takedowns, and their reasoning for doing so.

@JirachiMaster007 Forbes actually released an article today in which they interview a Hasbro executive. According to the article, "Uploads of the episodes to YouTube are largely ignored as long as they do not use or impinge on the high-definition versions sold through iTunes."
