they needed the mayor's office to tell them not to cut employee salaries? these ppl are a bunch of idiots! My wife works at city hall and says the employees found out there were pay cuts when the mayor's office released the document. There is a reason why this woman has lost two mayor's races. It's called lying and she is good at it.
