What do you mean Joe? I am always throwing tires at people around my gym. They get a little mad but oh well. Plus there is a large rope selection right next to the nautilus machines. FYI, I go to Planet Fitness.
@yyportne Ah yes, thanks for reading the newsletter! I meant to include that there are GPP exercises you can do in a commercial gym - that's why I included the Imperial Marches DB exercise. Of course, you would probably have to do them in place and not go wandering around the gym doing them haha!

@jhashey FYI, I was only kidding about being a Planet Fitness member, but you probably know that. I actually do throw the medicine ball around my gym and at the walls and floor. No cares though haha.
