Why is it that there's this huge connection between Hetalia and Vocaloid? Maybe Vocaloid has a huge connection with everything .-.;;

I think because they have so many similarities. For example:

1. They're both a bit fandom-based. They both have very flexible canon, and fans can make up a lot without really being wrong.

2. Their gender population is similar. Hetalia has many boys compared to girls, Vocaloid has many girls compared to boys.

3. They're both human versions of something non-human. Personifications of countries and personifications of computer programs.

That's what I think anyway.
