I'm sure the Nostradamus was, I saw it for sale at a store, it had 3 LPs, 2 CDs, a sixteen page booklet with information about the album, a booklet with the lyrics and a poster. Cost about 200 bucks! But I'm sure Painkiller had an LP, Appetite For Destruction was one of the first albums to be released as a CD and LP. Soon their other albums did the same, and some came after Painkiller
