Worst game I' ve ever played. The physics engine is retarded. Everytime you turn, the car oversteers. The makers of this game cleary have no clue how a car behaves. They probably don't have a drivers licence. I understand where they were going but somewhere along the way they screwed up, big time. I would know, I acually race cars.

Oh sure! If you really know how to drive than you should know how to use the accelerator, the brakes. the transmissions and the steering wheel! And another important think is how you tune your car! I have no problem whit the lag, oversteer and other bullshits! ;)

This game takes the cake by far. In forza sure the handling is great... if u dont know how to race! In this game if u r trying to brake at at 150MPH at the last second and take a turn, ur gonna slide doesn't matter how good u r at forza because in Forza u would be able to take that turn but in real life ur fingers would still be on the track while ur body was at the ER, Shift 2 takes it to a whole new level. This game makes ur game look like something a toddler would throw up,AND THAT'S A FACT!

Nor Forza or GT have Helmet cam, realistic design and about A MILLION tuning possibilities, including advanced painting with: Hue, Saturation and Brightness. You DO feel that car. You feel like you're IN IT. All you see, is the blur of the cockpit as you CAREFULLY look out of the windscreen. All you see is black and white, the cockpit dials, wheels rolling on the track. Crash and realism...

the only thing this has over forza is its more realistic cockpit. but painting and tuning in forza owns nfs BY FAR. in shift. you cant send cars, paintjobs, or tuning setups to ur buddies, and the camera resolution is wayyy better in forza and gt5 for photo mode. shift 2 is fun for racing and THATS IT.

i can credit NFS for getting the realism...no doubt it is probably one of the best physics and realistic driving games to date. The dropping point with it is that there's no sticking point, no story. No one cares about driving in a race track.

A story line of a racer going across the "need for speed" tour across the world or under ground, like most other need for speed games isn't for all.  And this is EA trying to expand more into the hardcore racing game enthusiasts. Most Need for speed games are dumbed down and boring after time. Meaning it's meant to be targeted at under 13yrs old kids.. :\
