Well, I start by finding the lyrics, either online or I type them myself. Then I copy/past them into powerpoint slides and when I've gotten all the slides done, I save the powerpoint as a jpeg file then upload the pictures to windows movie maker. The song itself is just the mp3 file from my itunes. I upload it to windows movie maker as well and then edit the picture lengths to...
When you say you can't get your mp3's to upload - do you mean you can't get the song files to upload to windows movie maker? If that's the case, it could be because iTunes changes the mp3 files to another format that WMM can't use. You can use a file converter for that; I use a free downloadable program. If you google "dvd videosoft audio converter" it's the first result.
I'm still going to make the tutorial video though.

I so gland that these have like no side picture during the lyrics but they do when there is no lyrics and the album art at the beginning.
