So this will let me open apache stuff with skype open? (Im trying to use WampServer and it wont work because skype uses the same port. Nobody has any tuts on how to change the skype port.)

Hey Im having a problem with Apache. First everytime I open XAMPP Control panel it says:

XAMPP Component Status Check Failure [3].

Current directory: c:\xampp

Run this profram only from your XAMPP root directory.

And after making those changes Apache still isnt running
