The Blues got better when Ali Farka Toure came along. I was introduce to this great pioneer of Desert Blues two months ago. I was crushed when I read where he had died March 2006 I think. I wound loved to see him live to see him live. His son is good too. They both will be legends in they on time.I listen to a variety of African music,but being a westerners, Mali music seem to be more favorable to us.
