I loved this concert it was amazing! I was eigth row from the stage with my bestfriend/ sister and we were head banging the whole time i had whiplash for two days :) I can't wait to see them again

I was trying to figure out whether the girl was really singing in the songs live...She did not miss a single note! Not even for a little! And the most amazing is that she is drumming at the same time!! And also (because I see only comments about the girl) we have to admit that the whole band is awesome live! Even better than their studio songs!

In the studio they create an ambient sound on the song it sounds more beautiful and i like it way more, live is always worser than studio songs cause they can't adjust live singing while singing it.

I personally prefer (and especially at this song) them live, and I can put arguments on it (of course relative to my music preferences). @Quathell i know and i do respect your opinion. It sounds better in studio's and its not a question of taste. Buth they do sing really good live. Studio song's are also made for sale so the sound is more beatiful and adjusted by other people. English is not my first language so don't pay attention on my grammar xD Buth songs in studio are nicer it is a fact cause it is for sale and sounds at their best.... in live it doesn't

They may sound at their best in studio (taking into consideration the fact that they correct their mistakes, have better and more effects etc...But in live they have about four times the energy their studio songs have. The melodies are similar (if not exactly the same) even with a few mistakes or whatever, but the energy they put into the songs live are way above the studio's.

He says "and people will try to tell you that ... living for Jesus is a wase of time" - I am one of those people, but he doesn't directly try to "spread the word" as such. Just because the speech involves Jesus it doesn't mean I can't want to rock out afterwards. Heck, he even quotes the bible, but the quote is too awesome for me to care about the source.

All the songs from Awake are very capable of being taken at face value and can have a deeper assigned personal meaning that is devoid of any religious context (as can most songs, actually). While I am agnostic and acknowledge the presence of some higher power, Skillet's albums starting with Collide onto Awake resonate pretty well with me, mainly because the style of writing is very easy to relate to, and also how Skillet expanded fan bases.

@FLOATING6 No-one knows exactly what happened with the Big Bang, but it is fair to believe that the universe was formed through the explosion of a 'super star', something so massive and so dense that its very existance is hard to imagine. It became unstable, hence the 'explosion'. Particles were thrown away from the 'super star', and seemingly expanded the universe. It's impossible to describe it all in the limits of a Youtube comment box. I'm not saying I follow the BBT, but space intrigues me.

Haha there was a great story to how i wound up at the concert. I started the day at work with a friend, then suddenly before i knew it, we were heading to arlington spontaneously bcuz his gf was there. we went to six flags and had a blast and saw the parade. then after that we just wandered around and happened to see a stadium. when we walked in i was like, "Dude!!! That's SKILLET!!!!" and we wormed up to the front stage and rocked out the for the last 3 songs =-D
