There is no evidence for that, actually all evidence point to that compared to most other Developed First World Countries the US has one of the worst. Its easy to see when our infant mortality, maternal mortality is higher than most of those countries, and our life expectancy is lower. Furthermore, are there good doctors? Sure but there are good docs in Somalia too. Should we imitate their system?

@dylanbellisle - first off, i'm not american, but i will say something... i think that the USA DOES have the best health care providers in the world. what the USA does not have is the best health care PROVISION in the world. the problem isn;t with the system, i don't think, but the ACCESS to the system. if everyone in the USA could afford to have access to health care, as most citizens in first world nations do, those mortality rates would drop significantly... mccaughey is a lying sack of

This woman with her "20 page health bill" comment is a moron. The bill must be spelled out in detail, which is why its so long. If these people would read it, instead of forming an opinion based on little shreds of info fed to them via Fox news, they'd see that its a great thing.
