andrea bocelli was/is often criticized for having too soft a voice, yet his voice is very rich and expressive. this is why people like AB. over time he improved and is much liked and appreciated today.

for Josh Groban, here he is still quite young and new at his singing, and very much like a younger AB. he will in time mature and strengthen in his abilities.  you can actually see in this performance Sarah holding back her voice (strength) to permit JG singing to sound more balanced with hers.
