One of the greatest memories of my life. The spring of 04 was magical in Calgary, and as a kid it was like a dream. I remember coming home from school, and watching as our hometown team was able to win when no one believed they could. Iginla, Gelinas, Kipprusoff, Conroy, Regehr, Saprykin, Donovan, Nieminen and the rest of the 04 Flames will always be in my memory. Losing in game 7 to Tampa almost made the feeling better than winning. The Flames never gave up.

Calgary and Buffalo are both my kinds of towns: Love football, Love red meat, and they love hockey. The good players both teams had: Ferrence, Drury, Briere, Phaneuf, White, Gelinias, Gilmour, Macdonald, Horton, Perreault, and Hasek etc.

I think if he was part of a package deal we could get some decent propsects or drafts. I grew up watching the Flames and the Penguins at least one of them is doing well lol. This is only because they have a YOUNG core and rebuilt their team, however it took years of frustration and lack of productivity in order to advance their club into an elite team.

I'm a Detroit fan but I have a huge hard on for the Flames and Sabres. I hate that these two teams aren't better than they are right now. Calgary and Buffalo are both my kinds of towns: Love football, Love red meat, and they love hockey. Add to that the cool uniforms that both teams have and the fan support they have the deserve to be better teams. The good players both teams had: Ferrence, Drury, Briere, Phaneuf, White, Gelinias, Gilmour, Macdonald, Horton, Perreault, and Hasek etc.

Only if Iginla won the cup he deserves to win one. I dont know what it is with some of the aqusitions we get like Jokinen and Boumeester. I was so excited to see them come to the Flames, but the system implemented by Darryl Sutter kills their potential and trade ability. Jokinen was amazing before he was traded here, same with Boumeester. Camalari was awesome, Kipprusoff is still good but he doesnt have a team to help him same with Iginla.

@flamesfan1417 That would be a good idea but it is difficult to trade Jokinen with his most recent stats in the NHL. I think if he was part of a package deal we could get some decent propsects or drafts. I grew up watching the Flames and the Penguins at least one of them is doing well lol. This is only because they have a YOUNG core and rebuilt their team, however it took years of frustration and lack of productivity in order to advance their club into an elite team.

TJ brodie, greg neimiz, henrik karlsson, and if they keep up the way they're playing this season, they'll probably get a deccent spot in the draft, unless they pull a toronto and trade away there first round pick.

2) Have JOKEinen loligag around the ice and make horrible passes to the other team.
3) Have Iggy in the corner fighting for space and take slapshots from bad angles.
4) After the game have the most boring two faces in the nhl D. Sutter and B. Sutter explain why they lost the game.
