@iamafractal The modified version should be the "hyper-skyking", but I couldn't find any information about that in any english-speaking site. I found it on a french blog called "Avion Origami Team". And to be honest,? When I've done the mine, when I threw it this flew over my garden, my neighbour's garden, the other neighbour's garden to finally fall after some 10 seconds (quite good for an untrained).

I built the hyper-sky king too, the only similarity is the nose, but it flys alot better than the regular sky king, it is worth the difficult build

Ok guys the reason why you think this is shit is because you are not throwing it right. This plane was created to throw it up almost vertically and for it to glide down. Dont throw it horizontal like a normal plane because it wont go anywhere, just nose dive. If you want this to fly like an eagle throw it at an 70 degree angle so basically diagonal hard

I know one that flies about the same looks almost the same, easier to make. It doesn't have the fold in the middle that is one of the biggest differences, and kinda weird to people the first time they use it, but it can be modified to have the fold in the middle.
