  • I just found this story yesterday. Has anyone looked at the facts on this case? You can read the actual court documents on: free jordan brown dot com. After reading the facts, I'm not convinced that Jordan committed this crime. There are 2 PFA (Protection from Abuse) orders against an ex-boyfriend. In both PFA's, Kenzi says he threatened to hire someone to hurt her. I'm not saying this guy is guilty, just saying that more investigating needs to be done before this kid is locked up.

  • He didnt do it. jordan went to my school and is my grade. people just dont know most of the story. his sisters said he didnt do it and ment it, then they went to their moms

(lady killed) parents house and then their entire story changed.

  • I think your on the right track if he lies at the begin thin it would be hard to believe anything that he was saying. I think he should be locked up in adult jail but not no more than 15 to 20 years

  • as far as I know the kid has never confessed to committing this crime, and the side of prosecution doesnt not have any solid evidence against him; in my view by deciding wheather to try him as juvenille or as an adult, they violated the basic pressumption of innocence, some judge decided to try him as an adult just because he didnt confessed without thinking that the child may be innocent, afterall I think that the kid will be aquitted

  • He was 11 years old and you are going to try his as an Adult....Only in america.

  • @titfortat2 if you killed someone you deserve to be shot on the spot as soon as the jury says guilty. shut the fuck up he knows what he was doin

  • @iNightm4reZ At the end of the day you live in a country were Bush was voted in twice and it seems Sarah Palin has a real change to become your next leader. hahaha if it was not the fact that my country seems to have its head shoved firmly up your arse I would pity you. But Im too fucking scared.

Now go off and shag you cousin.

  • @titfortat2 lol im not even american...nice try dousche

  • he did not do it. Jesus is real

  • @matthewlombera shut up he obviously did. he deserves life in prison you dumbshit

  • Are any of you aware of the fact that there was no blood on his clothes? If a child takes a shot gun to somone at point blank range and pulls the trigger, guess whats gonna happen? Thats right, its called blowback. Blood would blow away from the victim and get on you SOMEWHERE! Also they say a piece of gun powder was found on his clothes. A piece! Have you ever seen a PIECE of gun powder? There was also NO BLOOD found on the weapon. Ive seen enough about forensics to know there is gonna be blood

  • @MetroidHunter125 Hi you are so right .there is more 2 this story then we no .the only evidence the cop's have is gun powder on his paints ,but that could have been there for days . this little boy should not be sent 2 prison for life. he has never come out and said that he did it and its been 2 years now so U would think that he would have told some 1 by now . sorry i just dont believe this at all its a set up just 2 get him locked up and the case closed by the cop's.

  • @GRANGE331 i agree they hav no evidence of blood stains, also the girlfriend ex-boyfriend had issues of threating her as well, also happen to hav a black truck.

  • freejordanbrown (dot) proboards (dot) com

Innocent boy railroaded by incompetent cops!

  • maybe he watched movies where people were killed, and then saw them alive in another movie, or he played games where you kill, but no one really dies, so maybe he didn't know what death was or what happens to someone when they die?

  • @J10ery he would go hunting with his dad, he obviously knows what killing and dying is. i can remember being 8 years old and knowing good from evil. that child deserves to be punished bad or he'll grow up to thinking he can get away with murder yet again. im not saying hes guilty but if he did do it he deserves a good punishment. just my theory

  • Mitchell Johnson and Andrew Golden, ages 13 and 11, in 1998, in Jonesboro ,Arkansas, killed 5 people at school, both were released when they reached their 21st birthdays, also - Mitchell Johnson still had the legal right to own a firearm. After that shooting, Arkansas changed their sentencing guidelines for children who kill) As for Jordan Brown, there is more to this case than the public knows, Kenzie Houks ex-boyfriend had made death threats to her,but yet everyone just assumes the kid killed

  • one reason i'll never vist the usa. they are all a bunch of duisgusting rednecks. anyone who tries juveniles as adults are an ultradumbass. if you are going to try someone that young as an adult, let them drink beer and get a driver's license right away. i mean hey! you may not be legally old enough to be considered an adult, but we will treat you like an adult. come have a drink and let's get wasted.

  • @ultradumbass spoken like a true ultradumbass

  • @Evans81186 now now, i am sure you never been thought that keyboards can't speak. therefore everything you saw as far as my opinions go was typed. get better schooling next time mate.

  • @Evans81186 i meant taught* sort of half asleep typing this. well i'm off to bed now. adios.

  • I can't get past the stuttering. I have to turn this off.

  • I knew Kenzie and Jordan... I believe he did it based on evidence... 11 or not murder is murder...

  • obv you dont read enough maxout. Im from the town he lives in the suburbs of, he has plently of residue on his shirt, and the shotgun smelled freshly fired that morning.

  • i grew up with guns and did some dumb stuff as a kid with guns-like we had dropped ceilings and i seen a mouse running up there and i shot it with a 22 and after shotting- it dawned on me that my dads bedroom was above there and he was sleeping-i remember running up and knocking on the door and my dad yelled what and i just said oh nothing, but i knew right from wrong and never pointed gun at a person, also i just wanted to say i liked your video-5 stars

  • thank u

  • lissen... hes fucking 11 and got jealous and did what a fucking CHILD!!!! does... they all throw problems and feel left out... he was fucking 11 hes not going to prison

  • @housingrat "did what a child does"? Blows their dad's pregnant fiance's brains out? I don't know how you were raised but I don't think that's "what a child does".

  • @housingrat amerikkka is not known to be democratic. they have sentenced 9 year olds to life. the youngest person ever executed in the usa was executed at 14. if he goes to prison for life and comes out i almost hope he shoots the lawyer that sentenced him for being an idiot.

  • I don't think the kid did it. Lack of forensics in this case. He had no gunshot residue on him. The shotgun cant be proved to be the actual weapon. I think the police really F*kED up. Want to take some bets on this one?He walks.

  • you need to read more about it because there is enough evidence. He hid the gun in a blanket before going to her room, he told a friend he would do it, he threatened her and her children 2 weeks prior. it was HIS own gun, as well as motive.

  • @millennialgirl Shotguns don't have ballistics so there is no way they could say that it fired the shot

  • That child cannot be allowed to walk into society and have his record expunged. Any child by that age who doesn't know its wrong to kill someone because your "jealous" will never learn the value of human life.

I don't agree that it is strictly an emotion issue. The kid sound bipolar and possessed.

Put him away and keep him there.

  • very very sad.just wanted to say the father should be charged with something as well. who's the one responsible for puting an 11 yr old in a situation where he can get a gun.can put that on the child.not to say she deserved it at all cuz she didnt not but it shows how dangerous a situation like can end up depending on how the child was raised

  • Just because some one lives near you doesnt mean that they wont kill someone.. Kenzie didnt deserve to die and neither did the baby..He deserves to sit in jail forever..Those girls didnt deserve to lose thier mother.. Now instead of seeing her alive they visit her 3 times a day at a cemetary

  • Sending an 11 year old to life in prison is cruel, and it does not help anyone. Kids have intelligence enough to separate right from wrong, but they are certainly not ready to understand what it is to be a citizen and what it means to be subjugated to the law.

An 11 year old should not be entitled to ruin his whole life.

  • Can someone explain what a kid of 11 years old does with a GUN??? The dad should go to jail to teach a kid how to use such weapons and even give him one as a present... what kind of parent is that?

Now, is the boy to be judged as an adult or not I can't say really. You need experts in this to decide... but I can't believe kids have such an easy access to GUNS! This is the root of the problem!!!! He could have been angry or crazy all he wants but with no gun to use no crime.

  • @saimonthesaint the sentencing is severe. if he is sentenced, he might end up spending the rest of his life in prison. and suppose they release him after 50 years, his life is ruined and would come out more violent because americans don't know how to run a country....

  • I have 3 children, 17, 15 and 9. I'll be go to hell if I'm going to let supposed "jealousy" go to the point that one of my children feels the need to murder someone. I understand the age of this kid is what is making it pitful. But age is just a number. I believe he should be tried as an adult. His problems should have been dealth with and not swept under the rug and denied. God bless these girls, may they grow up with love and not.

  • the kid needs to go to jail for life. it's fucked up. he knew exactly what he was doing. if he was my kid, i'd send him to jail, tell him i'll see him during visiting hours. and the father deserves to serve time too.

  • i agree.

  • @ttayatayy c'mon man you don't know what the kid been through with that lady she could've been a whole differn't person when the father wasn't there

  • and for the people who say he should not get the death penalty why the hell not he planed the damn thing and told people he was going to kill her fry the kid how about the the 2 little girls who don't have a mother any more or how about the baby and mother who is dead now

  • the kid was problem because of his dad his dad made him live in a home that was full of trash and shit everywhere and his dad should also be in trouble because his dad got the gun for him and his dads name is on the gun

  • hmm this kid telling me he's not really hungry.. i dont believe that at all

  • ???

  • @gco2110 Because thats completely relevant, Dumbass get on topic. And Sarkazzll im with you on this 100 percent.

  • @gco2110 haahahah

  • Would you leave the poor kid alone! He isn't the type of kid who would do that, trust me I would know.He lives right near me.Give it up!

  • i haven't heard about this either but i am in favor of him being charged as an adult and if the death penalty or a life sentence is a possibility, then i would have to agree with that also. Wrong is wrong. He knew exactly what he was doing, he even told someone what he was gonna do. it was pre meditated..face down, sleeping? the person didnt have a chance. come on now.... he may be young in age but a criminal mind has no boundaries. he wanted to get rid of this woman and this unborn child...

  • Thanks for responding but yeah I def. agree with you its a hard situation because of the age and the fact that he killed two people. Personally, I think he should be charged as an adult! To me age shouldnt matter in this case, he knew what he was doing. I dont think he deserves the death penalty but life in prison and some help! Thanks once again!

    *MLJ

  • no problem!

yeah i dont think he should get the death penalty either.

  • Michelle28, I just wonder:

Why should he need help, when you want to condemn this kid to a life behind bars anyway?

BTW, noone under 18 is eligible for the death penalty in the United States.

  • but why would they teach they child how to use a gun when their that young anyway? but attention plays a big role in a childs life!!

  • yes attention is important!

  • wow. I haven't even hear about this. i think he should be tried as an agult. he knew it wasnt right and he walked off like it was all good. he had enough sense to hide the gun proving he knew it was wrong. i think he should be tried as an adult also. That still that an 11 year old boy can do that.

  • It's kind of hard to say on this one - I mean he killed someone - so he has to pay his debt to society - but I'm not sure if he should get the death penalty - I wouldn't want that for any child - maybe he can be helped since he is so young

  • OMG,

Thats all I can say.......I have no idea why the parents didnt talk to Jordan...My God, what next??

    Then charged as an adult?????

Well I dont know about that one.....

But I do believe in the DEATH PENALTY....

    Capital Punishment........

    Well bye bye Jordan.......
