Well the seat of the pants dyno says sure but im sure a real dyno would prove otherwise on performance. However the factory muffler was very restrictive, there is a metal plate right after one of the inlets and right before one of the outlets so it definitely helped with flow. And mileage i don't know i haven't had it on long enough to tell.
