I think I've worked out what the date of this clip was - Tuesday 2nd June 1992. I've worked this out because on the BFI Film and TV database, it says that the penultimate episode of Streetwise was shown on 02/06/1992, and Tommy Boyd mentions that this was the first CITV after the bank holiday.
@TheRoute19 Cheers mate, though I'm wondering whether I ought to correct myself in saying that it was May 26th 1992, as the bank holiday monday was 25th May, not 1st June.
The great Tommy Boyd was no respector of keeping within his allocated time frame. Watch any clip of him doing CITV continuity and you can pretty much guarantee he'll still be waffling away as the programme fades in.
Strangely enough I remember this probably this actual broadcast, based slowly on the Rolf Harris clip and that music playing.
