What's the point? If you hurt profits of Japan, whom is an export based country, they start asking questions, they find out the purpose of banning products is to stop whaling.
With poor export sales the country kicks itself into debt. Talk about your "rights", but when the 日新丸 gets sunk, no one is going to come to Japan's defense. If Sea Shepherd can take out the 日新丸 without killing anyone, they won't even go to jail. You Japanese people are ALONE in the world in supporting open ocean whaling.

No one in modern countries eats meat from wild cows, pigs or sheep. These animals are all farm-raised. Domesticated meat animals grow fast and can reproduce in 1 or 2 years. Whales are slow growing. They can't reproduce until they are 10+ years old. Whales are very stupid choice as a meat animal.
If the Japanese want to eat whales, why don't you raise them on farms? Breed them like cows. If you leave the wild whales alone, less people in the world would call the Japanese barbarians.

Sea Shepherd is not a Police Organization. They have absolutely no right to "enforce" laws against others. Therefore they are engaging in illegal assault and harassment against other nationals. For example, throwing smoke grenades(which is a weapon) at other ships is not "acting in accordance with th law". This terrorist organization must be shut down, and punished.

Hi meat person. Actually Sea Shepherd is enforcing UN sanctions that require violations of international law to be reported and ended - esentially by any means necesary.
You may want to not be so stupid little meat bag, some of us don't mind enforcing ethics. h and I hate myself because I've been analy rammed by my mother and father. And fisted. A lot.

The reason Japan doesn't pursue legal recourse against Sea Sheperd is that they know they wouldn't win any legal fight.
