Google Picasa 3 - Video 2 - Running Picasa 3 for the First Time

I dont want Picasa to search autom. for files on my pc. (alsi not in my lybraries as standards for windows). I just want to select myu own maps and photosfiles etcx. How do u do that>? How can I configure picasa not to look for any photos?????? Its fucking annoying. ANd beleive me, im not the only one.
