@stueyrandall because there is toxic smoke and a car on fire waiting to explode. If I was helping lift that car I'd think myself lucky that I survived that long without blowing up or suffocating. The last thing I would do is start working on a casualty in that danger zone when the emergency services are a minute away with fire extinguishers and trained medics. Why turn one casualty in to 12 casualties?
@izumeypup That one douche bag was probably on his phone calling 911.. Ever gave that a thought? because im sure there wasn't a cop sitting in the bush
ps dipshIT...there DEFINATLY IS A GOD...HE GAVE HIM A SECOND CHANCE...YEA THE PPL SAVED HIM BUT GOD WAS IN THEM. THEY HAD GOOD BC THEY WERE BEING GOOD AND ACTUALLY CARED TO HELP HIM....THANK GOD AND THE PPL...
This rescue protrays what the people of America are all about...this is the heart and soul of who we are!!! We believe in helping others even if we might be hurt.
I was dismayed after listening to cheers by the tea party at the Rebulican debates over executions and cheers to let a young person die in a hsopital if they do not have helath insurance...this is not the America I believe in!
I believe in the everyday heroes thank you for reminding us what it means to an AMERICAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is great and all, but why so much media coverage? We can save one man from from a burning car crash, but we can't lift a finger to stop the mass murder that's taking place overseas?
LOOK AT WHAT OUR MEN DID!! I'm SOOOO PROUD of every one of those guys!! I'm thrilled at the outcome!! These men are AWESOME!! They're like a bunch of INCREDIBLE HULKS!!
@Oscaresshmi I thank the people for deveolping their potential for being selfless and for defending it for that man trapped beneath the car.
The way I see it, God gets the credit for the good things people do and never the credit for the bad things people do or the bad things that happen. That's a very selfish faith, and you can't have it both ways, or even one way.
@170324341a I thank those people too. But we must thank God as well.
And it does work both ways to a certain extant. Meaning Everything that occurs is with God's knowledge, permission and will. It is also His will that we have the choice to go against his will.
God gives the human free will to choose bad from good. However if God doesn't want you to get hurt, for example, he wont allow that person's evil choice of harming you, to come to fruition.
@Oscaresshmi No, you're wrong. We MUST thank the people. That's just a common-sense neccesity. But there's no need to thank god. Thank god for the accident - if anything.
So who gets the credit for the fact that the car did not crush his skull, that the fire didn't spread to where he was laying, for the crash to take place in an area full of kind people, or for creating men and women with kind hearts, smart brains and strong muscles to lift the vehicle?
Without God there would be no world, no people and no potential for anything good.
@Oscaresshmi Nobody. That's just good luck. It's bad luck for all those people who do get into car crashes and crush their skulls, fatal accidents that far out number the ones such as the above, which, BTW, would have been fatal too if not for all the people around.
Without people, there would be no god, no bibles. Likewise, you speak to different peoples, you get different gods, different bibles. Case closed.
@Oscaresshmi and if there was a god he wouldn't let it happen in the first place.. credit to the people and credit to the doctors.. REAL people not something of make believe
