Only for gaining muscle and tightening. If you wanth to lose weight you will have to work exercice wich include a large muscle grups, 3/4 of hole body. Like running,biking,skiping rope, or combo of some body weight exercice,like burpees, jumps, pull ups etc. And you must sweat,sweat, sweat a lot :)
it works really, i've beendoing it for a few weeks and i'm happy with my saddle bags. more over, it gives your legs a nice shape, tones your legs.. and i really love it!
Hi Dr T, Ive just started this workout, will it help reduce saddle bags? Ive been doing cardio an aerobic workouts for 6wks and am still having trouble removing them.
omg! I just finished that workout following 2 sets of the '6pack/flat stomach ' workout....whew! I mean I really am sweating bullets. Now doing these routines how many times a week should I continue these workouts before I up the reps and such?
