@Deeinct1 Thanks for your comment! I was looking for the name (and the piramide of) Maslow! In this excerpt (which I saw, downloaded and uploaded on YouTube when it was removed) Dyer starts talking about a piramide that looks an awful lot like "Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs" indeed!
