hi im so glad that ur are back hope you are ok. i just ordered my p90x x i just have some questions and i was hoping someone could lend me a helping hand my goal is to lose 60 pounds after my 3rd baby i kept alot of weight n i am very sad so i was wondering i am breast feeding n i didnt want the protien/ vitamins drink since i dunno what's in it. does it really make a diffrence if i use it?
