HOW?

As I attempt to duplicate your actions, I cannot get the layer to relocate.

While this tutorial is awesome, the lack of complete Screen Capture contributes to a feeling of incompleteness. It's pretty exciting to see how efficiently you complete this process. Wish I could duplicate it.

@SchmedleyDoRight, thanks for the question! What I'm doing at that point is simply clicking and dragging the layer down. If you have only 2 layers, with one being the original background layer, you may not be able to do this. Sorry about the screen capture. I'm using free software to do the recording and if I use full screen it produces too large a file size for youtube. I hope this helps! :)
