When you start to think about a zanbakuto shikai that fits Kenpachi, you can't immagine him using 2 swords or any other weapon.

Only one type of a zanbakuto comes to mind that would fit him, that is, BLOOD type. It becomes stronger by consuming his spilling blood. Other than that, it's the same sword. Why it fits with his fighting style is obvious. When the opponent is stronger he gets wounded, but now it makes it exciting because the sides will be matched when things go out of hand.

1) Yachiru appears on Kenpachi's path like a nameless orphan little girl who crawls to touch his blade like if it was the most natural thing.

2) Yachiru's words at Ken-chan after his fight with Ichigo: "let's get strong and stronger together".

Of course, the fact that the astral looks of Zaraki's bankai would be that of a bubbly, pink-haired little girl sounds odd, but the same goes for Stark and Lilinette (they melt together for his "resurrection", no?). Let's wait and see ;)

Yea that's what Kenpachi has been so far. I like how Zaraki insults those who "rely on their sword power like cowards who can't fight with their own strenghts"... but in the future... who knows? Maybe Tite Kubo still has some surprises. After all we have not seen the bankai of any of the eldest captains so far (Yamamoto, Unohana, Kyoraku, Ukitake). Speaking of Kenpachi here.. a crazy idea crossed my mind: what if his relation with Yachiru-chan would be similar to that of Stark with Lilinette?

I mean, she might be born from a part of Kenpachi's superabundant reiatsu. It would also work as an explaination of why he can't talk to his zanpaktou nor hear its name: Ken-chan would not be able to achieve bankai until he realizes he is one with Yachiru, just like Stark can achieve his resurrection only taking back Lilinette to be part of himself.
