Until I watched your video, I had presumed that speed is the key...A steady flow of movements is more effective. You are someone I will look up to now and in the hooping future. @looselywired Wow, Dave. Thanks. That's quite the compliment. Not to sound too cliche, but I definitely think that a strong, smooth flow is the key to great hooping. Tricks are great to bust out as accents in a routine, but the heart of the dance is in the transitions, I think. Think on that, and have fun!
This was so awesome. :-) Perfect reversals. Mine are nowhere near as smooth as yours yet but I'm working on it. I hope to attain this level of smoothness one day. How long have you been hooping, if you don't mind my asking? (Im sure you get asked that a lot). I started in March of this year.

Glad you liked the vertical jump through to isopop combination. The ceiling's pretty low in my apartment these days, so I've been doing a lot of hand hooping as a result. I guess it's paying off.
