yeah it's good and it's put together brilliantly, but i would have liked it to be a little more fast paced. the last title sequence was really fast and exciting, which got you ready and excited for the actual episode.

I am so puzzled as to why some fans hate/dislike the theme music, new TARDIS, companion, logo and of course new Doctor. But Doctor who is about change, some times we have it in a dramatic way, but why can't these fans like it? Yes, the first few seconds of the theme have an overlaying melodic pattern, but the common "Doctor Who Bass line" can be heard. I think it adds a bit of spice.

To all those fans out there, why can't we have all these new things, it's still Doctor Who is it not?

My one criticism would have to be that the names seem to just appear out of thin air; the fade effect isn't very pronounced. I think it would have been better if there was some sort of explosion or flash when the lightning bolts hit and the names formed out of that. Apart from that a great title sequence for an even better doctor :)

Matt Smith was amazing as the eleventh Doctor.

IMO Tennant was a bit better, he had a stronger presence and I liked the tenth Doctor's personality a bit more, but the eleventh Doctor was awesome too, and I loved his dialogue with the Atraxi at the end of the episode.

Tenth > Eleventh > Fourth > all others

I love how the lightning buffets the TARDIS. It's also slower-paced than the previous one, which works out quite well.

Smith was definitely good, even if some of his regeneration-induced antics had me cringing. (His food-of-choice...)

Ok..I'm american and I just watched Flesh and Stone. I predicted River Song is a timelord and she could of killed the 11th Doctor...So he regenerated! If I'm right I'll be amazed.. But I've seen Vampires in Venice on Daily Motion.

IMO, it is brilliant. love the lightning and the way the Tardis emerges from the logo at the end. The Eleventh Hour is now one of my favourite episodes. Keep up the good work Moffat!
