when your finger touch is recognisen as multiple touch the camera could bea a problem. if the camera fps is low the effect will be exactly that it happened to my friend that bought a wery cheap one and then he had to buy a nother because the low fps rate. butt the problem can be of something oter too as a slow pc or something
