no, its a combination of different software packages, mostly its Autodesk Maya, but for most major studios they will have their own inhouse software for animation, Pixar developed their own software called Marionette.

For anyone who is curious

Like the guy underneath said the animation software closest to one used by dreamworks will be 3dS Max (pixar uses this for some of their animations). very possible to get animation as good as or better than kung fu panda assuming you have the time, tools and most importantly skill. The painting software for storyboarding and concepting is Photoshop. The pen like instrument was a graphics tablet. The big HP units at 1:11 are Massive data storage units.

Pixar uses its own proprietary animation software for their animation, and Dreamworks also use their own software. Since the software is heavily kept secret, we do not know how they work so saying it will be like 3ds Max is a false claim.

Also just to note the majority of the animation industry actually uses Maya.
