According to scripture I believe the rapture will occur after the tribulation as the Bible says so that specifically. i stopped believing in the rapture a few yrs back when i realized it would point to a 3rd instead of 2nd coming. i came to believe it would make more sense that we meet Him in the air when He comes. also, i have rationalized that since we preserve the earth, taking us out would taken out the salt. but i can also see how that can be a pre-trib argument as well. you make a good point. can you please point me to the passage that speaks of post-rapture conversions?

The mark of the beast could well be a microchip, put into your forehead or right hand. It makes sense, since all kinds of money and credit cards could be replaced by this chip to make it easier to buy things. Thos who don't have the chip can't buy anything at all.

Oh, and I just found a very interesting part of the bible. Read Ezekial chapter 13. I believe that God is telling us not believe in the rapture there. Saying "They say, "The LORD declares," when the LORD has not sent them; yet they expect their words to be fulfilled." We are christian soldiers you guys. We are here to fight against evil, not run away from it. God wants us to be proud on the day the Anti Christ arrives. We must prove ourselves and go down in a blaze of glory.

I've read those passages. It goes into more detail later saying that you don't want to be taken away. It's a metaphore to the anti-christ. You'll want to be left behind. I just don't know where the word "rapture" comes from. It's not in the Bible. And I have read that when the Bible mentions "beast" it means a nation. And the "woman" riding the beast is the church.
