A full set normally has three regulators, but there are some in existence with as many as six! That would be quite rare and extremely difficult to tune, but they do exist...
An additional drone that you can use to add harmonies. They don't play unless you open them. Full sets have... some. Maybe. I'd have to go wikipedia to see how many a full set's usually got.
