man that place was fucking dope. They had gun simulators and cool shit and cross bows. And It was sick seeing all those guns you see in video games in real life. 500 guns sounds awesome to me.
@NeuroParadise Your comment is not just laughable, its also delusional. How can you clam that Freemasonry has distorted history? What evidence do you have to prove that? As for people coming home in coffins, that is the price we pay for freedom, war is war, freedom is not free. I am not agreeing that war is right or just in any way. But its a necessity to preserve our western way of living, fundamentalists oppose our way of living and would rather see our great society perish.
@NeuroParadise Left and Right wing political groups are working together to complete an esoteric agenda? They are there to trick me? An insignificant member of society?
I dont think so, sorry. You really should consider visiting your local educational establishment, or are all of these Masonic shrines too? That all have phallic representation and pay homage to the great Baphomet...
You are completely and utterly socially paranoid, your repressed way of thought is clearly the product of fear.
I went there today and its HORRIBLE ...the whole place is a masonic shrine , the architecture, layout, atmosphere , symbolism...... theres something very oppressive about it and i didnt like it one little bit- also theres some really nasty anti gun crime political art and no mention of the millions of Iraqi people weve killed or the fact we still havent learned the lesson of peace from equality of all races. any truthers or awake people go see for yourself it's free.
Of course there's no mention of people who've died. It's a museum of arms and armour, not of those who were killed by them, or wore them.
With as much respect as possible given to the Iraqis who have died, why would, and indeed, why should special credit be given to them, when people died in their hundreds of thousands in wars all over Europe in the middle ages, in much worse conditions, much slower, and after leading much worse lives?
its worth going just to see for oneself, especiallly when you know how corrupt things are. also the atmosphere is very noticeable. very good points you raise like the fact we buy billions of guns to use in iraq with the taxes we pay and have no choice about it. thanks alex this needs pointing out for what it is .
I have, indeed, been there, multiple times (I happen to be an armourer, so I find it an inspiring place to go) I've only once found it to have a non-inviting atmosphere, around a year ago when they were doing refurbishments of the museum. Other times, however, I've found it nothing but interesting, myself.
I do accept your points on paying taxes for guns we may not necessarily want, however. Though I can see no solution to get around it, in all truth.
sure, each to their own opinion, its free so id encourage anyone to go and make up their own mind. It is a masonic lodge event venue though for definate and there is nothing teaching people about mistakes weve made, lives lost and what we should learn from it for the future. The modern stuff hasnt been updated for quite a few years and is confusing to kids.
@NeuroParadise This is history, this is your past. If history had not taken the course that it had, you wouldnt be breathing here today. As far as your rants on the Iraqi war go, think about this, if Islamic fundamentalists had their way, this museum, nor you, nor your freedoms would exist... Infact this very website would not exist and you wouldnt be posting your close minded, heinously biased, misguided and ill informed opinions here.
your comment is laughable, you obviously have a lot to learn about the world . Freemasonry is GUILTY of distorting history and accumilating historical artefacts within a system or club you aint ever gonna be part of , and whoose money do they do this with? YOURS! Iraqi's sure as hell werent gonna destroy museums in england , that is ridiculous. We chose to go in, ask yourself why, our boys still come home in coffins ask yourself why. These artefacts should be displayed in a very different way.
