I think that she kicked his ass too. But, to me, from a aesthetic point of view. Irish dance is nice but Flamenco is a way more beautiful dance for sure. It involves all the body, every inch of it. also no other dance is match to it in terms of passion.

well flamenco originates in arabic moorish dances ;)

Flamenco predates the Moor's presence in Spain. It may have picked up some influence there but it is based on Indian Kathakali dance. It remains very similar to Kathakali; the resemblance is very striking.

Well, I have just one thing to say to you! This was the abolutly-

BEST thing in the show! I knew when I did a drum, a dancer, and another dancer battling off against one another in my show it would have been taken already, and none the less by Riverdance! I'm just... Wow, I'd need millions of these comment boxes just to express one millioneth of the percentage they put into this. I can't tell who one! Both Collin and Maria did so well! Again, just..wow! WOW!WOW! WOW! WOW! WOW! Amazing!!! Ole!

However, I far prefer her style over his. Lovely. I wish that they made flamence shoes with sharper clicks. That sound is so pleasant.
