Suggestion: the ad you show for each video should be a link to buy that artist's CD, video collection, or whatever. That will maximize the click-thru on your ads, I would bet you.

in addition to the targeted ad idea i just suggested, another thought might be to have a link that allows you to 'buy' the video you're watching, same size format BUT will full 32-bit stereo sound (youtube compression leaves much of the audio quality on the table, even for hi-quality vids. A suggested price for this might be $0.99 (the itunes model). That would generate considerable sales, I would bet.

Larger size(s) of the video might also be available, for some reasonably increased cost(s).
