my fav exercise...of all time ..i do it decline lyin on the floor and flat...with ez bar...best one is decline ...because ur feet is off the ground ..and the movement is more in motion..than lying on the floor ...gives u less movement...but i also love lying on the floor press ...i use abt 145-160 weight 6x8 sometimes 6x6

great job, you see people all over that move their upper arms way to much, but one thing, if you do this exercise on a bench it is even more effective because then you cannot set the weight down for a rest

it's harder cause he don't have the strech reflex that could help him to lift the weight. Try and see by yourself, it's way harder, it's all contraction to lift the weight, not a relfex! (sry for my english)
10lb bar, i think those are 2 25lb plates and 2 10lb plates, and 2 5lb plates. I know the smaller ones are 10 and 5, so since the big ones arent large enough compared to the 10lbs i say 25lbs. Thus we have 90lb.

Doubt it. Even if he does though, he works harder than your bitch ass ever will. Steroids don't make people huge and ripped. They help, but the individual does the work, the dieting, ect. Get a clue.
Awesome arms dude! Although I must say, I have rarely had a good triceps workout when I use the close grip on the ez bar. I feel much more of a stretch in the tri's when I grip normal or wide.

EZ bar is 30 lbs, 80 lbs of weights. Total is 110 lbs.

My EZ bar is only 10lb, strange. It even looks the same, except mines not black. Maybe thats an extra long bar, and i just cant see cuz its so dark.
