I like to wrap anything I deep fry in aluminum foil. I wrap my food in 2 layers one to seal in flavor and the other layer to keep out the grease. It works great for hotdogs and steaks!!

This is called a panzarotti and that is a small one. These originated in south jersey and are a heart attack on a plate. your supposed to make them using the whole slab of dough with alot more sauce and cheese
my aunt made this once, so she decided to flip the dough in my face, as if she hadnt been flipping me off all night, so this drew the line and i socked her in the stomach and she suposedly got the "wind knocked out of her" but when was it ever knocked in?! so my mom ended up rushing me and the rest of the fam out of the house and that was the last time we were ever invited to thanksgiving dinner at my aunts house...
All the negative comments about fried food lol :) It simply tastes better that way. Exercise!
