@aokoh: The suspect for investigation into the leakage is Justice Minister Mutula Kilonzo. The leakage pattern is similar to that of PWCMaize Report, whose architect is Mutula Kilonzo. When I took the step to defend the integrity of Mr. Mudavadi regarding the unfair leakage, some bloggers called my comment upuzi. It is quite disgusting for a Minister of Justice, the slimy Mutula Kilonzo, not credited with any tangible judicial reform, engages in tribal demolition politics for Kalonzo Musyoka.
