  • and who paid ? the taxpayer of course.

  • @swiminbuff. Thank you! :)

  • donpat03 - because it's relevant to to the discussion.

  • Autumn's Mum's name is Kitty Kelley, as is the name of an author of the Royals. Is this the same person, or just a coincidence of two separate individuals? Thanks to whomever can answer this question for me...

  • @yellowrose2612 Coincidence. The author is an American. Autumn is a Canadian from Montreal.

  • @Calvarienberg so does that make it fine for them to sell their story for a million?

  • Wow, the tiara Autumn wore is much more beautiful than the one Kate wore. It looks so much more striking and regal... too bad Kate didn't wear one a little more showy. I think it would have made her look much more elegant. She was so played down in her appearance and dress.

  • i don't understand, what kind of "royals" are they when only for a million dollars they are willing to sell their story? they should hav billions in their own accounts, if they are real royals in any way.

  • i don't give a damn about Peter Phillip's faith nor his that of his wife. I am an atheist and the Royal family do not represent me at all. She must have been a very weak Catholic to renounce her faith just to get him. As if it matters a jot. Why do you all care so much about these people whom you will never meet and much less speak with?

  • @rohansrider Why should anyone care about answering your question or knowing that you are atheist?

  • loving the dress...simple yet breathtaking!!!

  • one last thing if i may... just some advice pplease.. i like a girl but i dont knowe anything about her. pleh!

  • alo' ther pups! lol. happi wedding. dont forget your free mri! bye!

  • I know I've already commented on this upload, but I do have to say, even this upload has caused the 'claws' to come out! For pity's sake, whatever your religious views, she has only married into the 'family' in a relatively minor way! I mean,we still can't even make a decision on updating the law of succession, lol.Autumn seriously shouldn't,(& probably doesn't),worry about whether her husband will ever become king! Getting into a row here isn't going to make an iota of difference! Chill, people!

  • BEAUTIFUL WEDDING!

  • Does Autumn get a name?

  • @888tho Since Peter has no title besides "Mr.", she's Mrs. Peter Phillips. She goes by Autumn Phillips, I believe.

  • She sold her 'story' for a million?? Another pig rounds out the Family.

  • why do americans love the royal family weird they treated america like shit

  • @Bensims777 It is odd and I'm not sure what the fascination is but we Americans have a shared history with the British monarchs-not a very good one at the start but the past is centuries gone. We have the same type of fascination to a degree with our own 'American royalty'-the Kennedys. Not sure why there either. But it doesn't seem exclusive to Americans-the Royals especially William and Harry presently seem to be well received wherever they go.

  • What the hell. It wouldn't ,make a bloody difference what religion you are! If you love each other thats ALL that matters no matter what religion you are involved in!!!

    Stupid laws. Silly people!

  • @pelicanus11 I think it depends if you intend to have children.unless the couple has figured out a way that the children dont get caught in the middle on the subject of religion,i think it is better if the couple is at least of the same faith.sometimes love isnt enough

  • It’s all rather tragic–pitifully so! We are certainly not talking about love when it comes to either charles or the camilla whore, but simple LUST. Both have demonstrated they are highly promiscuous and camilla who it’s known went with anything available and was known as ‘THE BUCKINGHAM PALACE BIKE’ to such an extent the father of her own children is questionable. Clearly, both have low morals, integrity and a total disregard for their spouses. Perhaps (hopefully) they will both die very soon!

  • @arabellasp1 Talking about pathetic dog shit life you're leading, having tens of YT accounts and log in with different user ID every other day copying and pasting laughable pathetic garbage 24/7. NOBODY pay attention to your rambling but the kindred dogs of your fellow gutter whores from the bottom class. Sadly that's a REFLECTION of your dung water licking dog life. So now go ahead, it's time for you to do your dog dad a "services" YOUR ANAL! gutter rat

  • Do not worry yourself as HM The Queen is in wonderful health and consequently will probably live longer than her dear mother. After her death (and we sincerely hope that will not be for at least another 15 years) William will be ideally suited to succeed her. Sadly charles and the pox raddled camilla whore are totally unsuitable and fortunately as there is some doubt regarding the legality of their marrage they will eventually fade away or preferably be blown up by some third world terrorists

  • another two minor nonities poncing off the public purse..these royals breed like sewer rats....if only cromwell had been successful...and the uk would have been a republic....the republic of the united kingdom.....has a nice ring to it dont you think?

  • "11th in line to the throw" omg

  • he will never be king, it sucks, Ive noticed all the brides in the British royal family or going to be all have the same flower bouquet

  • Revelation 18:7 - 8

In the measure that she glorified herself and lived luxuriously, in the same measure give her torment and sorrow; for she says in her heart, ‘I sit as queen, and am no widow, and will not see sorrow.’ Therefore her plagues will come in one day—death and mourning and famine. And she will be utterly burned with fire, for strong is the Lord God who judges her.

  • @danzig159 Oh for pete's sake, she isnt some evil entity or something, she's just a girl who married a prince. She's a decent person, kind and compassionate by all accounts. Take your ridiculous bible crap and shove it where the sun doesnt shine.

  • @SarahRachel59 Lady, if you had any idea who you were talking to or what you were talking about I may perhaps dignify your comment with a valid response, however, since you do not I will not beat a dead horse. You go bow to your queen and I'll do what I do as the other people who will be insulted by your comment respond to it. Have a nice life.

  • 'ts a shame she had to renounce her catholic faith

  • @1classicliberal

The law has been overturned already

Catholics do not need to renounce there faith anymore as of something like a year ago

Think William had something to do with it, and harry.

  • (no offense angelical practicers) but i think it was pointless of her to denounce her roman catholic beliefs! Because for one Philips chances of becoming king are extremely slim seeing as tough he is 11th in line to the throne...he'll die before he gets a chance to move up a spot....pretty stupid decision on her behalf :(

  • Why he is unknown and no one care about his wedding like William

  • most boring royal wedding ever. Plus she looks like my cleaner.,.....and im telling you she's a BAD cleaner.

  • She's Canadian woooot!

  • What about the poor, and Ireland, and the "Commonwealth" that was dropped when the UK joined the EU in 1974, and atom bombs killing aborigines in Australia (troops threatened with death or 30 years of they mentioned it to their wives), and William's mother being murdered to keep him "in the system", to ensure he would be kept under the influence of the well-off courtiers. Answer that. What about a proper democracy. Answer that.

  • @seriousnews2 Atom bombs killing Aborigines? Diana wasn't murdered her driver had too much to drink my god are you serious?

  • @dontaskmeplz123 Read Cloud of Deceit", and as for Di... wake up. like the 95% of Englsih who realize

  • personally, i think books like lord of the flies and fight club can tell you more than any scripture that was made up by some guys who knew what kind of lie could never be disproven. "you are the same decaying organic matter as everyone else" so just enjoy the wedding and stop fighting about religion, fools, because in the end you can never prove any to be true. :) have a nice day.

  • *** ILLUMINATI MEDIA *** continues to refer tp Prince William as the "FUTURE KING" ten years later (1) and one day before his marriage Note Google Prince William refused the Mark ~~~~ or ~~~~ Prince William refused to be King ~~~~ or 911 hoax v puzzle of Murder of Princess Diana
  • Check out the n2oEnts channel for AMAZING Kate vid!

  • represent for canada woot!!

  • Sorry people, for "dirtying up" the post board. This is not my intention, but to someone's reply, I felt a possibility had to be explained.

  • What a gold digger!

  • The Catholic Church and the Church of England are sister religions. It is no major leap to convert from on to the other. It is not betrayal. It is a shift practice of belief, not belief itself. The only issue is: who is in charge of the church in Britain? The pope or the monarch. Henry VIII made that decision in the early 1500s. If Catherine of Aragon had bore long living sons instead of only "Bloody" Mary, there would have been no split from Rome.

  • @ajb1776 It is a big leap. It is leaving the Church Christ set up, only to join a Church set up by King Henry VIII's men. The Anglican Church is a church set up by man; the Catholic Church of Rome is the 2,000 year old faith that's been set up by Jesus Christ, with unbroken sucession of Popes since St. Peter, and is the fulfillment of Jewish faith as Jesus Christ came to fulfill. The Anglican Church doesn't fit those shoes. Yes, it's big leap to deny the fullness in Truth.

  • @kodachromefilm The Catholic Church was NOT set up by Jesus the Catholic church is the whore of Babylon the book of Revelations talks about. The Romans never changed their gods they was scared of loosing the empire to the masses converting to Christianity. So they just changed their names ever wondered why they call mary Queen of heaven this title belong to the Roman goddess Juno.Jesus's name was YAHSHUA , IESOUS" is Greek For Jesus meaning -- "Hail Zeus".The Roman Simply changed the names around

  • @1stLordTheAdmiralty1 Learn your 2,000 years of Christodom.

  • @kodachromefilm I have you read the book of Revelations and you'll soon figure out the whore of Babylon is Rome.Revelations 17:9 And here is the mind which hath wisdom. The seven heads are seven mountains, on which the woman sitteth... 17:18 And the woman which thou sawest is that great city, which reigneth over the kings of the earth...now look where Rome sits ON 7 HILLS..There's many many more evidence.Baptism of babys came from Catholics Yahshua was baptised at 30

  • @1stLordTheAdmiralty1 Notes about Rome’s 7 seven hills…..why it cannot be Rome….. The now-famous Vatican Hill (Latin Collis Vaticanus) is northwest of the Tiber and is not one of the Seven Hills of Rome. Likewise, the Pincian Hill (Latin Mons Pincius), to the north, and the Janiculum Hill (Latin Ianiculum), to the west, are not counted among the traditional Seven Hills.

  • @1stLordTheAdmiralty1 Of the Seven Hills of current Rome, five (Aventine, Caelian, Esquiline, Quirinal and Viminal hills) are populated with monuments, buildings, and parks. The Capitoline now hosts the Municipality of Rome, and the Palatine Hill is an archaeological area. Note that the Vatican hill is not one of the “seven hills” of Rome, as it is located on the opposite side of the river Tiber. So the association of the Roman papacy as the woman is not a strong argument.

  • @1stLordTheAdmiralty1 You need to learn 2,000 years of Church history, need to learn scripture which was translated and compliled by the Catholic Church; scripture is a Catholic Church document, your personal interpretation is off, you need to learn about God. Plus I didn't mean to turn this into a religious argument. And as far as the 7 hills of Rome, which also is present in many other cities, I do not know where you get your info which leads you to believe in faulty interpretation.

  • @kodachromefilm Scripture is not a Catholic Church document, come on.. Scripture is God's Word. There was Scripture before there was the Catholic Church. Regardless though, I think it's silly to argue.. we are all Christian!! Let's not fight between ourselves, but unite in the love that Jesus has for us :) I go to a Protestant Church each Sunday, but I also go to Apostolic, Orthodox and sometimes Catholic Church too. Differences like when to get baptized isn't as important as the real msg! <3

  • @Nicollie1062 The scripture is The Word of God. What I mean by Catholic document is that the Catholic Church translated and compiled scripture into the bible. The Catholic Church did not give us scripture, but it did the bible; as we know it. Thanks to St. Jerome in 4th - 5th century. So thus, by translating and compiling scripture, we also have full authority in translating scripture ... also 2,000 years of Papal sucession begining with St. Peter. You are right. It is silly arguing.

  • @Nicollie1062 In scripture, Matthew 16:17-19 God gave Peter apostolic keys making him first pope. He is the first pope; full authority from God in teaching on scripture. Plus the Church began at Pentacost. Ephesian 4: 5 states "One Lord, One Faith, One Baptism". Not many faiths, many interpretations, many opinions. The Catholic Church began with Jesus, "upon this rock, I will build my Church". It was prophecied for many centuries before Christ's coming, the fulfilment of the Jewish faith.

  • @1stLordTheAdmiralty1 It might be worth your while, to look at Constantinople (now Istanbul) and revise your beliefs. Istanbul is the only city in the world located upon two continents with one arm reaching out to Asia and the other arm to Europe. The Old City and the New City are separated by the Golden Horn, an inlet of the Bosphorus. Istanbul (Constantinople) is located in the golden horn of turkey. Turkey is the geographical head of the beast. (Babylon is the heart.)

  • @1stLordTheAdmiralty1 It has a horn on its head, and is called the Golden Horn. Istanbul is the city of the woman. It is part of both the Roman and Grecian empires. The antichrist is sometimes called the “little horn.” (Daniel 8.) A real geographical location, known as the Golden Horn, is identified with, and located at, the city on 7 hills, Istanbul, which is in Turkey, which is the head of the geographical map of the beast.

  • @1stLordTheAdmiralty1 The woman (city) in Revelation 17 also sits on many waters. Istanbul “sits” on or near the Sea of Marmara, the Golden Horn Rver, the Bosphorus Strait, the Black Sea, the Aegean Sea, the sea of Crete, and the Mediteranean Sea. Istanbul (Constantinople) also has a history of pagan, Christian and Muslim rule. Constantinople fell to the jihaidists in 1453, ending the Byzantine rule, and Christian saints have been persecuted ever since by Islam.

  • @1stLordTheAdmiralty1 The woman (city) will persecute the Jews and believers in the end times. She controls the beast by riding it. Constantinople as a center for Islam is one possibility, for the reasons given above.

  • @1stLordTheAdmiralty1 So I suggest instead of trying to figure out the end times and the role the catholic Church plays in your faulty interpretations, I suggest you learn your history. Plus, it is applausable to follow scripture in "loving God" rather than figuring out faulty interpretation.

  • @kodachromefilm Scripture when have Catholics followed Scripture???Priest forgive sins where's his Authority to do that where in the bible does he get permission?? The baptism of children is another tradition that came from Catholics where in the bible does it mention a baby must be baptised ?? your not supposed to get baptised till you understand the gospels. The Catholics never follow scripture the follow their own tradition

  • @1stLordTheAdmiralty1 I suggest you learn the Catholic faith before spouting off about it. You do not understand the faith nor scripture. Scripture and traditions originally come from the Catholic Church. Read the catechism to learn the faith. I am not going on and on which I do not have the time nor the space to do so. Read about the faith before spouting off about it. So far you are displaying no knowledge of the faith. The catechism can be found at Vatican.va. Thank you for your opinion.

  • @kodachromefilm The same Vatican that was built on the site of the old Roman Janus temple.Anyway NO Catholic is allowed in our Monarchy or as Prime Minister we cut off Rome along long time ago and good riddens

  • @1stLordTheAdmiralty1 As you would cut off the Church of Jesus Christ and go with a church man has set up. Smart. Thank you for your opinion.

  • @kodachromefilm Well i've explained to you it is not the church of Christ the pope is not gods representative on earth they have broke all the teachings of Christ and killed thousands of people in History as the bible says they are the whore of babylon and are NOT allowed in the monarchy or as Her Majesty's prime minister And that is basically it we have no ties with the pagan Catholics

  • @1stLordTheAdmiralty1 Killed thousands of people in History? Look up protestant history and the torture and death they unleashed. Besides, learn your Church history. Learn scripture. Thank you for your opinion.

  • @1stLordTheAdmiralty1 I don't think it was the greatest of ideas for Autumn to turn Anglican just to marry Peter----I highly doubt that he'd ever ascend the Throne, anyhow, but if this is what she wanted to do........... BTW, why don't YOU take a running leap into the middle of Lake Stupid!

  • @jekorb He's 12 in line to the Throne he's GRANDMOTHER is the head of the Anglican church of England. No Catholics are allowed in the Royal line your not even allowed to be Catholic or Jew to be prime minister Tony Blair only converted to Catholicism when he left as Prime Minister he couldn't do it while in office. In the House of Lords there are 12 representatives from the Church of England non other faith is allowed

  • @1stLordTheAdmiralty1 I apologize for my rudeness; it's just that when someone says what you did about the Roman Catholic Church to a cradle-to-grave Roman Catholic, it tends to get his/her dander up. I believe it's very archaic of the Royal Family to have such rules and regulations, but whatever floats their boat.......I just think it was kind of unnecessary for Autumn to convert when there is very little chance of Peter ever becoming King.

  • @jekorb why do you think it wasn't the greatest idea?

  • @yumlemonjuice It's just that it's a big thing to renounce one's faith, whether Catholic or otherwise; however, I never said it wasn't the greatest idea. But, what's done is done and if Autumn is happy with her decision, that is all that matters....they looked very happy at the Royal Wedding and I'd love to see a picture of their new baby.

  • wasn"t Diana catholic? SO WHAT DOES THIS MEAN? Charlie boy can't be KING?

  • @ConChaz100 No, Diana was not a Catholic but was close to Mother Teresa and was buried with a rosary she gave her shortly before she died. The high Anglicans do make the sign of the cross as do Catholics-such as her brother did at her funeral.

  • Queen Mary-Spanish Mary, as you referred to her--is the reason why the law against having a Catholic be eligible to inherit the throne exists. Her more common nickname would be "Bloody Mary" for all the people executed during her reign. She brought back the Catholic faith, but many of her subjects were too young to remember it. Heretics burned fast in Spain but smoldered for hours in England. No one wanted to keep the Inquisition after she died and priests went back into hiding again.

  • @TheWagbert Actually the Royal Marriages Act wasn't implemented until 1772. Mary 1 died in 1558.

The Act was proposed by George III as a direct result of the marriage of his brother, the Duke of Cumberland and Strathearn, who, married the commoner Mrs Anne Horton.

  • @TheWagbert Mary I died in 1558 and the Royal Marriages Act was actually implemented in 1772.The Act was proposed by George III as a direct result of the marriage of his brother the Duke of Cumberland and Strathearn, who married the commoner Mrs Anne Horton. And has nothing to do with Queen Mary I.

  • BRITISH BITCHHHHHHHHH U HAVE DONE NOTHING IN LIFE AND PPL FOLLOW U LIKE UR SPECIAL AS LONG AS U STAY THE FK OUT OF THE USA I WONT BEAT U UP PANZEY

  • @xburnsmyheartx It's actually spelled pansy. And the British who did nothing as you claim actually made the USA what it is today. Plus hundreds of years of glorious history before the USA was ever discovered. Someone needs a history lesson.

  • Get rid of the Monarchy, they are an echo of an unjust past, built on hierarchy and social elitism. Why should we bow down and respect them for no other reason than they were born into Royalty, they are not elected but enjoy untold wealth, power and privilege, at the tax payers expense, can we afford them in the 21st Century, or more to the point, do we need them? Kings, Queens and Princes, should be cast back to where they belong, to history, in the past or in pantomimes. Viva UK Republic .

  • @wulfricvonspot in respect that they have untld riches, yes the family are worth billions - its actually not even calculable since they ahve so much land and untold jewels and art work from artists such as davinci, however, the royal family 'takes' about £40 million of taxpayers money every year, and is expected to earn the uk with tourism around £10 billion every year.

maths + maths= keep the royals. 3 billion ppl will watch will and kate get married...we are admired for our tradition!

  • If he only 11th in line to the throne, what difference does it make if she remains a Catholic? There's no chance he would inherit.

  • @Ezrateach I totally agree!!! I hope she didn't do this JUST to land him. However, Autumn (who just gave birth to the Queen's first great-grandchild, a girl named Savannah) is the daughter of a friend of a dear friend of mine.....so that's as close to Royalty as I'm every going to get! So, I'm happy.........and they make a very, very handsome couple, you must admit.

  • She's got a free ride now.

  • I told you, you couldn't stop.

There's your Screwdriver.. and STUFF your own "Lacks insight" speech...coming from someone's whos eyes I plucked out like the Bullseyes joke they were in 1997.

Your FAULT, Princess. You've got to stop on a DIME or be like me, NEVER start.

    Lesson there, Tim.

Oh, your security is already defeated, Windsor Castle... made it as far as Steven Smiths phone number and hit a page in a tourist book. It wasn't a tourist trap.

    So Sir, here, have ANOTHER.

  • THE LIGHT CARES NOT THRUTH AND WHO IS IT ? LORD TIME OR NOT COOL TRUE LISTIN INSIDE BE CARFULL DDS5555551321321321 PURPLE ORANGE GREEN!.

  • Well we now know that Britain's constitution is discriminatory and racist... outlawing royal males to marry Catholics.

  • Unless there was some cataclysmic event within the royal family,it would be extremely unlikely that Peter would asecend the throne. His mother, the Princess Royal made the decision to let her two kids lead as 'normal' a life as possible, which Peter & Zara have mainly acheived.Autumn converting to anglicanism just so Peter would keep his place in line to the throne seems a high price to pay.Though it would depend on how devout a catholic she had previously been.It is time for change.

  • @popazz1 You're right but even if he is 100th in line, if he or any heir marries outside of the CofE faith, they automatically reliquish that right to be in line and they lose the LOT in the process - title, wealth and a life of privilege. Weird but thats the way it goes. It could be worse though, at least they can now marry divorcee's, poor Margaret was heartbroken when she could not marry Townsend and ended up smoking herself to death over it.

  • @carb10 Far worse, Margaret also drank herself to death over not marrying Townsend...

  • @carb10 Margaret could have married Peter Townsend but did not want to give up her H.R.H. title and possibly have to go into exile.

  • @carb10 ,

Yeah,I think I kinda got that in my comment! 1st in line,1000th in line, the fact remains, the laws of succession are outdated and irrelevent to today.Hey,who knows, maybe they actually married outa love!

  • Canadian ftw!

  • Man........give up your religion just so your man can take the throne? That's bullshit right there. I give props to her, she loves him but come on give up your religion!!!!!

If I was in her shoes, I would have told him and the Queen "I'm sorry but that law sucks guess we won't be getting married because I won't give up my religion over some stupid law."

  • @HM3Johnsgirl According to Buckingham Palace, the decision was entirely voluntary on her part, and there was no pressure.

  • He married a nice Canadian girl.

Why such negative feelings toward her since she grew up in Canada, didn't come from wealth, came from a family with a work ethic, went to public schools, and she graduated from McGill University and actually worked for a living before meeting Peter Phillips? She's not blue blood, cut her a break.

  • @ApocalypsePlough Peter Phillips' father, Mark Phillips, declined a royal or noble title, so Peter is the first legitimate grandson of a British sovereign to be simply "Mr." in several hundred years.

  • @mindspring57 Actually, I understood it was Princess Anne who decided the children should not be titled Prince and Princess.

  • @Moragmag As I understand the rules of succession, descendants of female children of the sovereign do not bear the title of prince or princess anyway. For example, Princess Margaret's children (Linley and Sarah) do not. However, Margaret's husband, Anthony Armstrong-Jones, was created the Earl of Snowden, so their children are Lord and Lady. They could have made Mark the Earl of Pumpernickel or something. As I recall, he declined all titles, so Mr. or Miss was all that was left for the kids.

  • fucking royal skanks wantin to skank more fucking money out of us fucking thievs

  • IM SHOCKED THEYRE TRYING TO SUCK MORE MONEY FROM THE PEOPLE

  • He's a hunk.

  • She's Irish then - lots of Irish landed in Quebec, the "coffin ships" from Ireland - many orphaned Irish children were adopted by French families; not saying that she's one of them, but she's undoubtedly Irish. Kelly - Catholic.

  • All the haters go on about tolerance yet they're the ones being foul mouthed and vile! Priceless. It's our history, tradition and our way. Don't like it DON'T WATCH! simples!

  • @WoordWerks

Perhaps , I must think about that one. One thing I know about Rockefeller, you don't hear his name, his dad's name, his grandmothers name , his kids name, his name... name ... name.... day in and day out , photos on the cover , inside the mag's on and on. Who cares? Do a Michael Jackson cover up, just wear a mask already and Go AWAY for God Sake! If its like that here. God only knows you've had your fill of it there. I know my sis that lives there is sick of it.

  • @WoordWerks

I am sick of the news of A Royal Wedding. More than " it doesn’t fucking matter," it’s a sick display of wealth! Even from this side of the world, its deeply offensive & scathing for so called British Royal to spend Millions to attach another Leach on British society !

A calculated move aiming to take minds off the economic crisis. Nothing like a Royal Wedding or a good War for doing that

Such a wasteful caste of people. Royal slugs that contribute Nothing to society.

  • @onstageagain The "wealth" doesn't belong to them, it belongs to the state. Eejit.

  • @WoordWerks The Q as Elisabeth Windsor is a private owner of thousands of acres of land, great private residences. She holds shares, profitable hedge funds, investment accounts & much more ,has a private income of around 11-15 mill pds a yr from a private title, she uses for private life. As a monarch she is the richest person on the planet, estimated around 40 billion pds sterling ,all the residences, pieces of art, R- collection, lands, ships & financial resources held by the monarch

  • @onstageagain

My father is from England, My sister currantly lives there, I visit often, because of family .

The Queen as a Monarch & the Head of State gets bout 40 mill pounds sterlings annualy, $ 80 mill, for the whole R Family. That money is for the official R-residences, R- train, state R-trips, R-cars R-household staff, R- employees, secretaries, representative funds, security.

  • @onstageagain Actually, they're held by the State for the use of the Monarch. Grow up. They earn their keep in Royal Duties, generate a significant amount of tourism revenue, and I would rather keep a Monarch versus a worthless, elected politician that changes every other year.

  • The United Nations has ruled that the UK should consider abolishing the monarchy. Needless to say, the Queen is not amused. It goes without saying that England should abolish this pathetic monarchy, even if it is only for show.

You simply can’t be one of the world’s leading voices if you are still following traditions that should have already died out. It’s ridiculous.

  • Yes, its been law since the 1500s that no Royal can be Catholic nor marry a Catholic. Intolerance every year as well in the celebration of Bonfire Night to celebrate the deaths by hangings of Catholics, who in 1605, planned to blow up Parliament House and take the throne from the illegimate daughter of King Henry the VIII and Anne Boleyn (Ellizabeth), after defying the Church, creating his own Church and a legacy of hatred against Catholics in England and America via the Puritan Protestants.

  • @gahrahstah LOL! How many people have been put to death by the Catholics? Consider yourself lucky that we even allow you to practice in the States, et cetera.

  • The Opium Wars (simplified Chinese: 鸦片战争; traditional Chinese: 鴉片戰爭; pinyin: Yāpiàn Zhànzhēng), also known as the Anglo-Chinese Wars, were the climax of trade disputes and diplomatic difficulties between China under the Qing Dynasty and the British Empire after China sought to restrict illegal British opium trafficking. It consisted of the First Opium War from 1839 to 1842[1] and the Second Opium War from 1856 to 1860.[2]

  • the wicked , like the robbing royal family , shall be brought to nothing.

the rich shall be poor ......... the poor shall be rich.

  • Very sad to see people turn their back on their Faith for fame and glory. Very sad. indeed.

  • @KennyNew You know there is a possibility she did it for love.

  • @KennyNew It would be sad, if that's actually what she had to do. The only difference between the Catholic and Anglican churches is the recognition of the pope (back from the days of Henry VIII not getting the annulment he wanted).

  • @haybails21 These low IQ idiots have the country thinking for yrs they have Royal Blood, what the heck is that? Unless I missed something in school, its called Red Blood ! Least they got the R, correct. Sitting on your Royal wrinkled rump living off tax $, Called Welfare where I'm from fool. You've sold the whole nation a bunch of buffoonery , while you ride around in some prehistoric buggy, with a stupid teaira on your head. Take that stupid thing off... that belongs to Cinderella fool.

  • Comment removed

  • @onstageagain "low IQ idiots"??? the entire world and the whole world?? stfu idiot

  • now that she renounced her Catholic faith, is she eligible to take the throne, or is she still barred because at one time in her life she was Catholic despite her current status as a follower of the Church of England?

  • THESE SCUM MAKE ME SICK.

HOW CAN ANY DECENT PERSON SUPPORT THE ROYAL FAMILY ?

YOU ARE SUPPORTING THE CONCEPT OF THE RICH STEALING FROM THE POOR. HAVE YOU NEVER HEARD OF THE CIVIL LIST ?

THE ROYALS ARE A BIG RIP OFF OF ALL OF US AND CAN GO TO HELL.

  • @tiredofphailspelling That's wrong. Diana was in New York, I think and Prince Harry even staid in the U.S. for the army. But I think, they wouldn't be happy, if you canoodle them, even if I want to do the same ;)

  • Under the Queen's law, a "royal" who marries a Catholic cannot take the throne", so they required of this lady she renounce her Catholicism ? Now, this is the most insightful statement about the real status of intolerance despite any claim to the contrary, and a public one. Nice to know. A good many of the Queens cousins are Catholic, as was Mary - Spanish Mary.

  • @AmericanPlatinum Firstly as the monarch is head of the Church of England tit would be rather ODD if a catholic ascended to that position Secondly Peter is not a "royal" he has no title and is not styled.

  • @AmericanPlatinum ,

    Archaïsme et intolérance!

  • @AmericanPlatinum It is the Act of Settlement and basically High Anglicans are almost the same as Catholics.

  • @AmericanPlatinum It is a historic law from centuries ago, designed to keep one of the Catholic pretenders to the throne from becoming monarch. It's called the Royal Act of Succession and would require an updated Act to supersede it. It has nothing to do with the current royal family. And quite frankly, even though Peter Phillips is Princess Anne's son, his mother chose for her children not to be called Prince/Princess.

  • @AmericanPlatinum It is not Queen's law. The Act of Settlement, 1701, provides no Catholic may sit on the Throne, nor anyone who marries a Catholic. Renouncing the faith was her idea. The thing is moot. Unlikely he will ever be King. I am glad Bloody Mary died without issue. Spanish mother and Spanish husband. England would have wound up a Spanish colony. The United States probably would never have come into existence or be very different!

  • @mindspring57 Instead, English royal family is mostly German in origin. When Prince Charles married Lady Diana Spencer, he commented that she was more English than he was.

  • @lindalds That is changing. Through George VI, the royal family was almost wholly German. The Queen Mother was Scottish, so Elizabeth II is half British. Philip is most non-British, so Charles is only about 25% British, so Diana, at about 100% British, was certainly more British than he. But that makes their son, William, about five-eighths British, so if he becomes King, he will be the first predominantly British monarch since Queen Anne in 1714. Any kids he has with Kate, more British.

  • @AmericanPlatinum

It's not about intolerance. It is because in Britain the head of the monarchy is also the head of the Church of England. We do not separate church and state. For that reason, it would obviously be inappropriate for the Queen of England to be Roman Catholic.

  • @AmericanPlatinum well said! I was just thinking the same thing...hmmm

  • @AmericanPlatinum Just as a side note, this law was not proclaimed by the royal family but rather imposed upon the royal family by parliament. Keep in mind that the queen is the official head of the church of England. Until this status changes it is unlikely that parliament will repeal that law. Obviously Peter's bride values her marriage to him more than her faith.

  • @shatros probably she doesn't give a hoot about having been raised as a catholic, like most 'catholics' I know. Its just a label.

  • @MsMesem Also keep in mind that there is not a huge difference in some people's minds between Roman Catholic and the Church of England. The major difference is who is in charge. The bulk of the theology and dogma is the same. She may not have thought that difference was particularly important.

  • @AmericanPlatinum that is because anyone in line to the throne has to be anglican and that is because the monarch is also the leader of the Church of England and when the english church split from Rome, they made sure that no monarch would ever return the country to Catholicism. That doesn't mean that they are not allowed to marry, what would happen if a royal married a catholic, is that he/she would no longer be in line to the throne, but his kids could be if they are anglican.

  • @AmericanPlatinum ,

It is a sign of the draconian, archaic laws still in existence in the UK today. That she gave up her catholicism to marry her man may be testament to the deep love she feels for him,as opposed to the love she had for her faith. It's just very sad that she was 'forced' to choose. The queen is Supreme Governor of the Church of England,& clearly feels unable to request change to it's laws, brought about by the reformation under King Henry VIII,over 4 centuries ago! Time for change!

  • @AmericanPlatinum its an old law dating back to the 1710s that just hasnt been abolished yet

  • @AmericanPlatinum weird isnt considering t the queens a german jew

  • @AmericanPlatinum The monarch is 'defender of the faith' and supreme governor of the Church of England which was separated from the Catholic church in 1534. Thus, it wouldn't make much sense if the Queen consort, as she would be in this case, was a practicing Catholic whilst her husband was those things. The law isn't really the Queen's, it is 'centuries old', and in a world where we have to be so PC I think sticking by a few of our old traditions is no bad thing!

  • @TzatzikiFiend the Royal Marriages Act was implemented in 1772 to be exact, and I agree with you!

  • @TzatzikiFiend Spare me ... Peter is 11th in line to throne with NO chance of ever being King ... how said that such an archaic law still exists. Rubbish!

  • @MangoQueen100 Of course there's a chance, it's just very slim. I don't think it's entirely to do with Peter becoming monarch anyway, the monarch is currently his grandmother so the same principles apply, it would undermine the very foundations of the monarchy. At the end of the day it was his wife's choice. Perhaps she wasn't particularly religious?

  • It must have been dreadful for Camilla’s children having such a disgusting filthy ugly whore for a mother. Apparently, Camilla was frequently drunk for days at a time having been with numerous men while Andrew Parker Bowles was away and often never even bothered to shower! Is it any wonder her own two children still have drug abuse problems when they have a whore mother like camilla and are not sure who their father is as camilla was fucking anything with a pulse!

  • @ebberlyx Apart from the fact that that's untrue, what has it got to do with anything in this video, or anything that I've said..?

  • Camilla parker bowles is a disgusting gutter whore; she is like poison with everything she comes in contact with including her own children. This will all end in tears and hopefully someone will eradicate this vile cancer as soon as possible. The most pleasing aspect of this all is she cannot control HM The Queen who clearly knows how to deal with this repulsive filth and has every intention of remaining Queen regnant for her lifetime that will probably be far longer than the late Queen Mothers!

  • @ebberlyx But what has that got to do with this video or anything I said? Calm yourself!

  • @TzatzikiFiend

" in a world where we have to be so PC I think sticking by a few of our old traditions is no bad thing!"

    --------------

So in general you would view it as regrettable that the Queen's new grandson just got caught groping a blonde at a dwarf-throwing contest? Could be a new tradition!

  • @AmericanPlatinum The is actually called the Royal Marriages Act 1772 implemented in the year mention, hundreds of years before the current queen.

  • GOD BLESS YOUR MARRIAGE....THE 2 OF YOU LOOK SO HAPPY....

    SANDRA MULLEN/ JOYAL

  • thats it, keep them Catholics out! :)

  • he will never be king so she should'nt of had to give up her faith im from the uk and never knew you had to give up your faith to marry someone from the royal family that law is soooo out of date and needs to be change

  • How backwards for a country such as the UK to have an organized state religion. I'm glad Americans won't stand for that sort of nonsense. I'd be ashamed.

  • When this Queen dies, there is going to be an avalanche of change: the disestablishment of the State church; the republicanization of the Commonwealth; probably Canada, Australia and New Zealand will get rid of the monarchy too. All of that, which existed in 1952 were the remenants of a world that was already in tatters and their continuation is a testimony to Elizabeth II's personal popularity, which her successor will not have.

  • @mc0558 - wow, so two hundred and fifty years or so after the Americans FORMALLY established separation of church and the state, those smug superior self-righteous Brits MIGHT get around to it? Not terribly impressive to me. Especially considering the way Brits and Europeans in general constantly bash and trash Americans. Seems that euro smugness might not be justified, to me.

  • @MrRedFredSaid hello there i am a new American philippine pasific islander, my dad serve your country his a commander in the military, i dont know alot about what you said. in my 22 years of existence.yes i think your right on the word not so justified, how ever i believe brits have done a lot in there sacrifice to be who they are .,' i believe that they have set the standards all over the world and for that they are yes you called self righteous and a lil superior to american's

  • @MrRedFredSaid

Indeed, America does not have a formal tie between state and religion. But it is naive to even suggest that religion does not play a role - if not a more significant one - in US politics than it does in the UK. Remember, Royalty over here does not equate to politics or the state, it is merely traditional pomp that doesn't apply to mainstream state activity. In the US, religion dictates abortion policy, Israeli lobbying, gay rights, foreign policy... the list really is endless

  • @ghill06 - in other words, what I said. The US has separation of church and state. The UK with all of its snottiness and smugness does not.
