They're so cute.. I heard that they kinda tug at your eyelids though. I watched the video on Sephora's Youtube channel where the makeup artist uses it, and they do seem a little too hard. Did you experience this problem with them?

I'm a huge hello kitty fan, so I'll definitely have to get this. I do have a question though. When it's applied, does it have a drier consistency? Or is it kind of sticky? I have a problem with buying pencil liner and finding out it's got a weird sticky consistency, and it feels strange. It also smudges way too easily.
