Anyone who says why convert it to RWD... you are dummies. Subarus understeer like a whore, Subarus converted to RWD make amazing track cars, and its easy as hell to convert them back to AWD. I can change out center diffs in my drift car in about 30mins

Is that 365k on the motor or did you change it? I bought a wrx wagon with 146k miles and wondering how long till the engine or tranny dies? Its only a 1 oner car and is all stock.

@abcgimp Well that sure is good news, My only owner was a 50 year old man so i guess my car will last for more then i expected, I should be able to do another 50k easily since i take good car of my wrx... Anyway do u know if its bad to take off the exhaust, " Like just to take off the catback" is it bad for the engine or any other part of the car like turbo??? Mine is all stock and i would at least want to hear the sound of the boxer engine.

the driver doesn't matter, it's how well you maintain the car is what's key, you can beat on a subaru for years but as long as you replace the broken parts and follow the regular maintenance schedule it'll last forever
